Order Processing Times:
we processes orders Monday-Friday, except on holidays. orders are processed generally within 3-7 business days of receipt. during high volume order periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 days to process.
Shipping Costs:
✶ Canada: $20 flat rate.
✶US: $25 flat rate.
✶ international: please inquire for shipping rates. for international orders, shipping costs do not include any import duties and taxes you may incur.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
if your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@aroundstudio.ca within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Changes & Cancellations:
if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on instagram. once the order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
